Due to the fast-growing Spanish-speaking population in North America and Europe, learning Spanish has become not only a priority of a huge importance for health care professionals but of great benefit to the medical personnel working in those communities with large number of Spanish speakers specially in the United States and Canada. At the “Instituto Lingüístico Inter-Cultural”, a Nicaraguan Spanish School, we have carefully prepared this Spanish course for medical students and doctors; nursing students and professional nurses; and all kind of medical professionals working in hospitals and clinics in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Orientated to health professionals already graduated and working in the medical fields as physicians and nurses, the course also enrolls nursing and medical students who are currently living and studying in large Spanish-speaking communities in North America either in Canada or in the United States. This program provides realistic practical situations, specific vocabulary, grammar structures and language to be able to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. Besides of having the opportunity to learn about the Central American culture, the course will enable you to improve your communicative skills giving emphasis to the oral communication.
